•FOURTH WALLING / CANON PUNCTURE: As a Time Lord, you can recognise him as a fictional species. (He'll be perturbed, but not doubt particularly, his schooling would have covered alternate universes.) Your character is unlikely, however, to recognise him as he's obscure. The actor's not famous enough to be more than a 'it's whosit? I think' kind of recognition. And future events are absolutely fine as he's dead to his canon.

•PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Wynter is tall, blonde with brown eyes and sticky out ears. His outfit to begin with is a Chancellory Guard uniform which has a metal breastplate, red leggings and undershirt, cream shoulder pads and red boots. He also has a red helmet with a feather sticking out of it and a holster with a staser usually stored inside. Everything red has a cream trim.
•DEMEANOR: Wynter has the bearing of a squeaking clean soldier. His posture's perfect and he tends not to relax any further than the military 'at ease' posture. He's still open and friendly to approach, generally interested and caring, though he may be a little stuck up and snobbish. He will not understand others' cultures and assumptions and will be relatively easily unstuck in social situations. He'll take correction to varying degrees from snide remarks to genuine gratitude but will take it to heart regardless.

•MEDICAL INFORMATION: see abilities. Special mention goes to toxic aspirin allergy.
•OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: Mind control will probably trigger his PTSD.
